Enforced policies and procedures for employee behavior and call offs. Continued to implement recruiting program for sales associates. Produced monthly P&L statements tracking yearly plan goals. Managed administrative duties such as: payroll, monthly sales tax reports, and accounts receivable and payable. Managed inventory streamline project which reduced annual product costs by 15%. Designed and implemented an employee sales program resulting in 32% first year sales increase with 18% additional in second year.
