 Applied Six Sigma concepts to eliminate issues related to safari (DICOR) automobile  Designed fixture for the connecting rod line in engine shop  Performance testing for heavy duty engines of new products  Worked on the development of the tooling and manufacturing concepts  Process improvement and lean implementation of a vehicle assembly line  Worked on new product using FMEA concepts  Studies different tool designs and modified the designs based on the functional requirement
