Daily Duties at Ibm:
Administrative Assistant · Provided administrative support for 4 Business Unit Executives. · Responsibilities included: scheduled meetings and conference calls, managed calendars, reviewed and responded to email, coordinated domestic and international travel, and created expense reports. Executive Briefing Center Administrator · Oversaw all management and maintenance for Briefing Center operations. · General office management responsibilities included: scheduled all customer briefings, managed comprehensive reports, and provided catering and administrative support for visiting clients. · Led various tours throughout IBM Innovation Center, groups included potential clients, IBM employees, and visiting high school and college students. · Managed agendas, marketing collateral, and maintained reports and feedback for the center. · Maintained knowledge of audiovisual components in the Center. Production Supervisor · Supervised staff of 5+ employees within department. · Managed up to 30 projects at a time for the Interactive Design Studio and maintained seamless support between the production assistants and the designers. · General administrative responsibilities included: setting up client meetings, maintaining time lines, and routing perspective applicant resumes.
