Daily Duties at Colgate Palmolive:

Person in charge of handling the account receivable portfolio and the development of activities created to reach the objectives of positioning, evacuation and distribution in the clients of the company. Administrative area: * Considerable diminishing of the average time of debt recovery of “the critical” clients. * Periodical emission and presentation of information related to the account receivable portfolio management. Marketing Area: * Tracking of the events of national character, previously designed by trading - Cali. * Designing, implementation and evaluation of events of positioning. * Coordination of the tasks of the marketing executives, and organization of meetings in order to show and evaluate the assigned tasks. * Participation and coordination of the “Light Truck Plan” for TAT sales. * Leadership in study of Distribution in Malaga, Ocaña and Aguachica. Sales Area: * Consultancy to the force of sales of different distributors, with an outstanding success in “Altipal Boyacá”, by obtaining a considerable improvement of the levels of positioning and individual distribution. * Replacement of the sales representative in the zone of Boyacá and Casanare. * Fulfillment in terms of time and quality of the information related to invoicing and requisitions of the “Strategic Ally” in Boyacá. * Support sales activities and account receivable portfolio of the Division East executives.
