· Provided high-level administrative support and general office management for top executives; Chief Operations Operator, Senior Vice President of Informational Technology, and Technology Department. · Served as information and communication liaison for executives, planned and scheduled meetings and appointments, controlled calendars, organized and maintained paper and electronic files, travel itineraries, conducted research, and disseminated information by using the telephone, mail services, Web sites, and e-mail. · Coordinated and arranged client meetings, which included: prepared agendas, taking notes, attending meetings in lieu of executive, and provided summaries. · Developed and managed weekly office-wide “Free Lunch Fridays” for 250 employees, which resulted in creating and maintaining relationships with various Atlanta restaurants and caterers. · Maintained confidential information with the highest degree of professionalism. · Managed and established agendas for monthly Executive Assistant meetings. · Carried through special projects on an on-going basis with each executive.
