Person in charge of the coordination of the File systematization project. * Designing of the macro-processes related to the handling of correspondence and filing of documents generated by each area of the company. * Implementation of the basic processes designed for the correspondence handling. Person in charge of the procedures and activities of the position of Assistant of Presidency. * Making of the procedures manual for the position. * Formulation of proposals heading to redesign the position and to improve the existing resources, in order to obtain greater effectiveness from the person in charge of it.
