Defined region responsibility, notified client base of new affiliation, developed a strategic marketing plan, established franchise discussions through telecommunications, presented advantages of franchise affiliations, analyzed prospective franchise operations, prepared a business proposal, negotiated terms of sale, submitted prospective franchisee to legal/finance/executive team for approval, closed sales, and managed transition team schedule. During a six year period opened 14 to 32 franchise operations annually exceeding consistently higher annual quotas by 200% to 585%.
