Daily Duties at Fishers Big Wheel:

Responsible for sales floor processes; planned, directed, and coordinated all sales floor events to maximize profit, productivity, guest and team member satisfaction. Responsible for ensuring maximum sales are achieved through effective planning and timely execution of all merchandising programs. Supervised 2 executives and more than 50 team members. Responsible for all receiving processes, freight flow, back room inventory management, and cashier processes. Responsible for largest volume store in district. Recognized as district trainer and mentor of newly hired managers. Dramatically reduced store shrinkage and was recognized for largest overall improvement in customer satisfaction scores.
