Civil Litigation - Class Action Lawsuits; Securities Law: Heavy Litigation, service and filings on a daily basis with State, Federal and Appellate Courts to include ECF and direct fax/filings; calendaring; transcription; oversee heaving incoming mail including capturing calendar dates and distribution to appropriate attorneys by case; preparation of notices as needed; assist in deposition preparation, production of documents, bates stamping, etc.; set up CourtCall appearances as needed; made travel arrangements as needed; copying; faxing.
