Command all manufacturing, shipping, retrieval, and administrative facets of client servicing. Direct television sales servicing within international markets. Provide expert leadership regarding broadcast contracts to sales staff, broadcast clients, and internal and external vendors. Collaborate in creation and implementation of distribution processes, documenting progress through application of complex data analysis. Oversee servicing of assigned SPE tracking system. Assess quality management metrics for specific markets. Evaluate material requests for technical problems. Perform research as needed.
