• Managed a staff of two highly professional team members • Planned and maintained inventory levels for all product categories all retail outlet stores • Account manager for all financial implications of store inventory and logistic expenses • Ensured timely delivery of promotions and seasonal merchandise to stores through consistent communication and follow-up with distribution center • Financial business analyst for merchandise allocation, inventory replenishment, and outside vendor purchases • Assisted Buyers in formulating the merchandising plan, product mix and pricing for 4,000 active skus to attain sales/margin goals • Taskforce member for AS400 conversion to SAP in 2001 (go-live 2004) • Helped formulate the SAP retail modules for retail replenishment, allocation, pricing and promotions • Assisted Buyer and SAP consultant to develop SAP sales and inventory reports needed for retail division • Lead in SAP testing for replenishment and allocation for company inventory and outside vendor purchases, as well as all pricing and promotion transactions – reported issues to SAP consultant • SAP Data Validation to assure all areas of AS400 converted to SAP accurately • Post go-live; provided quarterly testing for support-pack uploads, troubleshoot any/all retail and inventory issues
