• Data Validation/Reconciliation of legacy audited financials to SAP ECC 6.0 New ledger, Grants, Funds and Budgets; prepare monthly reconciliation files and report discrepancies • SAP Fund, Grant and GL maintenance • Data reconciliation of Payroll by pay periods for all Weill Cornell NY and Qatar employees for HR • Lead for Procurement Card purchases; created database for end user data, manage and maintain P-card tables. • Review and post end-of-month accruals and reversals; provide monthly P-card reports to A/P Finance Director • Data cleansing of legacy financial data to provide accurate load files for SAP HR org structure • Perform SAP testing for Finance, SRM, HR and Student Acct; BPP’s and End-to-End test scripts • Lead for SAP Vendor Master data process, successfully managed a team of five individuals to organize, clean and manage 9,500 vendors for SAP upload • Created financial PDF format T&E and Check Request forms for SAP Intranet site • Lead for FY10 Budget; created project plan, developed excel spreadsheet for New/Open positions; worked closely with Budget Department, HR, and SAP Development Team to create interim process for FY10 Budget • Go-Live Support Team Member; trained end users in all areas of Finance and SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) • Consolidate Team Effort Reporting weekly status report for the Associate Director of ITS. Teams include Finance, HR, Security, Training, and Development. • Run nightly Goods Receipt process and correct any issues that arise • Troubleshoot any/all SAP issues relating to the Finance Department
