I worked in various medical clinics as I mentioned before but I did have two long assignments-the first one was at Fortis Insurance Company-3/98 to 1/99 as a Customer Service Representative- Responsible for inquiring about the health and history of applicants of long term care insurance and the second one was Compcare Health Service-2/99-11/99-Customer Service Representative-Answered telephone inquires from providers and customers about claims and benefits
