Additional duties: · Maintained & updated Organization Charts for HR; Additionally responsible for all New Hire paperwork · Prepared & reconciled employee expense reports; Disbursed payments to corporate credit card accounts · Maintained database of Workmen’s compensation case files · Daily duties included general office functions such as word processing, mail sorting, ordering department supplies, scanning incoming resumes into company database, copying, faxing, & filing.
