RMA Materials Manager - Managed a team of four - Developed, documented, implemented and manage the return and repair of defective material business. Worked with the OEMs, manufacturers and repair centers; approximately twenty centers. Manage material for repair, credit or replacement; panels, motherboards, peripherals and determine in/out of warranty status. Implemented end-to-end credit return process and within one year able to reimbursed OEM 1.5 million in material credit. Parts Cage/Inventory Manager – Managed team of seven – Day-to-day operations; requisitions are submitted, parts are pulled for the tech lines repairing product. Maintain inventory for audits, scrap and returns. Bailing/Dock – Shipping and Receiving Manager– Implemented new processes and schedules for the bailing and trash areas to maintain an orderly dock area at all times. Implemented new processes and responsibilities for shipping and receiving to ensure all material is accounted for at all times during the process of landing on the dock to receiving and taking proper action for damaged goods. Buyer/Planner – Planned material needs using Xelus, Created POs to purchase material, worked within lead times to fulfill customer request to meet LOF. Reconcile POs to maintain inventory numbers, requested quotes for daily purchases and EOL material. Set-up/create PNs, vendors and created, presented and maintained various material reports for weekly meetings.
