Daily Duties at Fidelity Investments:

This was mostly a service related position, with some client profiling and minimal guidance to pass sale opportunities on to account executives. My responsibilities included the following: - answered calls from Private Client Group clients and assisted them with service issues, trading, account maintenance, or forwarded them on to the proper groups for assistance - supported five Private Client Group team account executives - checked voicemails and emails and responded in a timely manner to clients' inquiries, requests, and issues - proactively called out to clients to invite them to seminars, provided status of transfer of asset requests, possible sales opportunities for the account executives, etc - maintained Standing Letter of Instruction file, monitored and updated the file as necessary, and called clients when it was time to renew - served as the contact person for Private Banking questionnaires that were sent from the Risk department (made sure clients were aware that they would be receiving the questionnaire, helped them to understand why they were receiving it, answered any questions they had about completing the questionnaire and returning it by the due date, notified Risk group about updates, discrepancies, or any concerns clients had pertaining to the questionnaire) - participated in Private Client Group seminars and events (signing up clients for the events, checking clients in at the events, attending the events and interacting with clients before and during the events, and following up with clients after the events) - acted as lead on several initiatives, such as the change over from our organization from Private Access to Private Client Group (scrubbing the client lists, making sure clients were properly coded to the correct teams and households created, participated in meetings to discuss the progress of the change over, kept everyone informed about the progress of the change over, and educating clients about the changes) - participated in team meetings, served as the team leader for Competitive Landscape, as well as for Seminars and Training - assisted clients who came into the Investor Center at the front counter, sat with clients for service appointments (opened accounts, initiated transfer of asset requests into Fidelity, account re-registration, processing check deposits, trading, teaching how to navigate the web, guidance, etc) - assisted other coworkers as needed by sitting in on appointments, covering the front counter for other co-workers who were assisting walk-ins, and helping in the operations area when there was a back log of paperwork that needed to be scanned into the system - archived documents in an electronic system - used various in-house systems (FDOT, FBSI, RWOE, Siebel CRM, XTRAC) to create, monitor and track work item requests, process maintenance and trading requests, and document client interactions - helped train a new Private Client Specialist, as well as served as a go-to person for a new account executive in the branch Skills In this position, I have furthered my interpersonal skills through building relationships with clients, coworkers, and business partners. I have the ability to work unsupervised, as well as in a team environment. Additionally, a great attention to details and good organizational skills are essential to performing my job. Maintain Licenses: Life & Health Insurance, Series 7 and Series 66
