Highly knowledgeable and experienced with SAP to create purchase orders, production purchase orders, SRTV purchase orders and worked RMAs. Ran location reports to control inventory and experienced in EOL buys. Managed and maintain open purchase orders, over due purchase orders for-on-time delivery and resolve invoice issues through accounts payable. Research and procure new suppliers to obtain new and alternate parts for all commodities. Planner - Responsibilities included planning, forecasting, new product introductions and EOL buys. Aggressively worked and resolved commodity issues such as, alternate parts, grey market buys, engineering quality issues and purges. Maintained 98% fill-rate goals, decreased backlog, considered NFF rates, DOA stats and supplier lead-times for on-time delivery of new material into the pipeline to meet the "customer experience". SFC Supplier/Operations Manager - Responsibilities included managing Buyer and Planner responsibilities, managed day-to-day daily operations from the end-to-end business model processes as a "hands on" manager with the ODM's on a daily basis. Daily operations included, kitting, shipping, material, receiving issues and maintaining LOF goals. Decrease backlog, resolve customer issues, and customer escalations to meet and succeed the goals of the "customer experience" goals. Reporting included daily, monthly and quarterly reporting, as well as Quarterly Supplier Scorecard Review presentations. Reconcile monthly shipments and returns, monthly in-out of warranty material, quarterly pricing issues and negotiations, adder fees, invoicing issues, credit issues and current market value pricing issues. Some of the sites managed: Smart Technologies, Arima, Bizcom, CTS, Lite-On and Solectron Business/Commodity Analysts Responsibilities: Monthly Shipment and Returns reconciliation; pricing reconciliation discrepancies, in-out of warranty pricing reconciliation for: Arima, Bizcom-Compal, Mitac, Hynix, QRun-Foxconn, Quanta, HTC and Solectron-OSS for credit returns, EOL buys, revalue of material and all discrepancy issues.
