Daily Duties at Ford Motor Company:
Developed, tested and implemented advanced plastic materials and processes for interior and exterior components. Interfaced with plant manufacturing groups to launch new technology. Coordinated and scheduled three hourly technicians to maximize research and development trials on a low pressure molding press. · Worked with outside resin suppliers to generate a 70 melt flow resin improving moldability and saved $1.3 million per year. · Engineered, tested and implemented low pressure molding talc master batch resin technology reducing resin cost of $1.0 million per year. · Instituted new technology to clean resin out of molds for a quick change over of colored resin.
