Project Development Manager on ICE 100 (Image Check Exchange) project for the implementation of Check 21 legislation. I was the lead Project manager for Comerica’s development of an automated solution for sending, receiving and processing of electronic check images. Estimated 5 years savings of over 30 million dollars. The project involves communications with multiple business units throughout the bank, settlement, incoming returns, marketing, in-clearings, research and adjustments, fraud and exceptions processing
