Daily Duties at Fed Ex Ground:
Responsible for the day to day overall aspec of recruiting, hiring, and training of all new employees and contractors. Implemented dock and delivery route engineering and troubleshooting of customer serviced and dispatch problems. Liaison between company and independent contractors. Assisted in development of contractor relations department to enhance communication between company and operations. Promoted to manage daily shipping operations, including distribution workloads and shipping and allocation of staff resources.
