Daily Duties at Arm Inc:
Dual Port SRAM Memory Feb 2008 – Dec 2008 Implemented low power high density max approx 32KByte Dual port SRAM memory compiler in two Bank architecture, Each 16KByte bank is split into left and right array of 256rows/array with shared sense-amp in between the banks. Created Critical Path Schematic, created/fixed margins and memory access time at various process corners Did complete backend verification including EM/IR, Noise and Timing, Worked closely with the Mask designer on layout issue i.e. LVS, DRC and DFM. Also Re-characterized single port SRAM using IBM, NEC Process with 65nm technology. Fixed margin and delay paths
