Daily Duties at Catholic Health Association Of India :

• Monitor and control project work, schedules, and finances. • Track data and estimates such as percent complete, budget versus actual cost, and earned value. • Prepare detailed project plan with road map, milestones, resource expectations (infrastructure, manpower, finances). • Submit weekly and monthly status reports • Allocate tasks and monitor progress. • Identify risks, monitor and implement risk mitigation. PROJECT: DEVELOPMENT OF IT DEPARTMENT Key Projects: Project 1: Web Site for Health Action (Feb 1999 – Aug 1999) To design, develop and implement a web site for the organization. The site provides some articles online. Site provided membership information online for subscribers. Responsibilities: • Analyze user specs and design the database schema. • Implement security policies. • Developed stored procedures & packages using MS SQL 6.5. • Develop COM components. • E-Mail Notification using SMTP. Environment: ASP, COM, HTML, Visual Studio 6.0, SMTP & MS SQL Server 6.5 Project 2: Intranet of Catholic Health Association of India (CHAI) (Feb 1998 – Jan 1999) To design, develop and implement an Intranet Site for the organization. The Site objective was to provide project status of 25 internal projects, Training programs details (maintains info on programs schedule, venue details, task allocation, tracking participation details from registration to course convocation). Responsibilities: • Interact with user and freeze user specifications. • Analyze user specs and design the database schema. • Implement security policies. • Developed stored procedures & packages. • Design of the WEB user interface with HTML, ASP and IIS 4.0. • Generate reports using Crystal Reports. Environment: ASP, COM, HTML, Visual Studio 6.0, and Crystal Reports & SQL Server 6.5 Project 3: Project Monitoring of CHAI Projects (Oct 1997– Jan 1998) To design, develop and implement a project monitoring application for the Administration dept., installment details, evaluating details. The application records health and development indicators as per project specs. Responsibilities: • Interact with user and freeze user specifications. • Analyze user specs • Design the database schema and its implementation. • Development of the user interface screens • Develop database connectivity modules with ODBC. Environment: Visual Basic 5.0 & Oracle 7.0
