Daily Duties at Agua Resort & Spa:
complete responsibility for overall operations performance,Main task was to put together a sound development plan; arrange set up of operational standards for all departments; redirection and revaluation of products and services; hiring of department head personnel; prepare realistic opening budget and develop the sales and marketing plan along with corporate director and president of the company; reorganization of operational logistics from opening manager which has produced financial results as to break-even point which was accomplished after just 6 months of taking over and have met or surpassed budget figures on the first quarter of 2008.
