Daily Duties at Geogia Institute Of Technology:
• Close interaction with customers to analyze their requirements and needs. • Conversion of Cadence APD files to .dxf file and using the .dxf file to extract simulation layout files. • Estimation of the parametric yield using statistical analysis and support design centering methodologies for better signal and power integrity in both time domain and frequency domain. • Developed an automated tool implementing Design for manufacturing (DFM) methods for RF passives and layout level signal integrity, crosstalk issues. Matlab is used for programming. • Comparison of the efficiency and accuracy of this tool with Monte-Carlo method. • Design of test vehicles in Cadence APD for model-to-hardware correlation. • Measurement of the designed test vehicles using VNA for analyzing the crosstalk and S-parameters.
