• Syntheses and SAR studies on different tetrahydrocannabinols (THC), water soluble THC, endocannabinoids, cannabidiol analogs with different functionalities and side chain for CB1 and CB2 receptor agonist, partial agonist and antagonist as potential drug, • Involving in the ongoing drug discovery programs on obesity using DAGL MAGL and FAAH inhibitor : Anandamide, glycerol derivatives with long chain like 2-Ara-Gl, 1-Ara-GL etc • Syntheses of allosteric modulators: quinoline derivatives for cannabinoid receptors CB1 and CB2 • Custom syntheses and contract research of diverse organic compounds: various heterocyclic compounds, macro cyclic compounds, nucleosides etc. from milligram to sub kilogram scale for clients of Organix by using all modern techniques. • Synthesized clients compounds employing established procedures as well as developing and optimizing synthetic routes and the purity of all final compounds were checked by LC-MS or GC and elemental analysis with on time delivery • Prepared compounds for a large number of clients having a wide variety of requirements, priorities and deadlines and the prepared final products in sufficient quality to pass rigorous structural and purity confirmation, requiring constant organization and meticulous attention to detail • Prepared written procedural reports for the clients at regular intervals and these procedures often reprinted by the client in patents or publications • Analytical reactions in microgram scale (purified by HPLC) and determine purity, stability and partition coefficients by LC-MS.
