Challenged to orchestrate merger of financial and billing systems of 2 medical groups; reorganized physician group CBO to meet operational efficiency, including coding review, charge entry, and payment collection. Revitalized relationships between physicians and hospital; developed several strategic plans to enhance functioning and revenue. Managed the newly formed central business office and nursing staff to ensure patient satisfaction and billing compliance.
