Daily Duties at University Of Texas Physician Group:
Manage all aspects of the revenue cycle and review all baseline reports to recognize physician, coding, or payor issues; audit and review of Central Business Office operations and report findings to Corporate Operations Officer. Analyze current functions and future improvements to estimate savings in costs, productivity, and efficiency; generate key reporting techniques to inform staff of pertinent information to increase revenues. Daily management of business office function based on analysis of key information. Led department review in Central Business Office (CBO) and restructured processes to streamline operations; devised/implemented several new policies to revitalize business functions and management approaches. Decreased staff in critical areas using new policies/procedures; maintained workload with improved outcomes
