Responsible for the front-end and back-end management of all construction phases. Collaborated with the Superintendent to ensure successful offsite construction management. Shared the responsibilities for all phases of construction for homes averaging 3500 square feet. Managed and met customer expectations through customer service walkthroughs and telephone calls. Established survey processes and feedback forms to assist in achieving higher survey responses.
