Daily Duties at Shea Communities:
Managed the overall residential construction from plot plans to home owner orientation. Organized scheduling, inspections, and quality walkthroughâs for over 30 homes during each phase of development. Managed customer expectations with the home owners at prestart, foundation pour, drywall and at the final orientation. The expectations were 0-4 items at final orientation, averaging home owner surveys to 87% or higher.
