1. Managed project with cross-functional AMEX technical and business team to develop a highly distributed solution supporting major competitive sales initiative for Brazilian market. Project budget – $2 MM. 2. Conducted project, using agile methods, to develop a statistical reporting solution compliant with Central Bank of Brazil. Provided guidance on statistical algorithm. 3. Conducted a feasibility study for a regional initiative involving AMEX's operations throughout Mexico and Canada to improve current practices for managing images of documents: capture, storage, access, and archiving of imaged documents. Obtain budgetary quotes for projects associated with this program.
