Daily Duties at Linius Technologies:
Principal employee in start-up company. Developed product requirements and led customer support initiatives. Responsible for technical product definition and management. Linius was acquired by Autodesk in February 2003. • Created detailed product requirements by synthesizing data from internal team members, key customers, prospects, and partners • Led customer relations teams to address custom requirements, implementation issues and overall satisfaction • Created framework and content for standard and custom product demonstrations, hands-on test drives, and users’ guides • Create and deliver sales training for the direct sales force and Value Added Resellers • Organized and directed internal and external product testing including customer beta programs, created unit and functional test matrices, test assignments and feedback mechanisms • Qualified and prioritized bug fixes and product direction • Provided outstanding pre and post-sales worldwide support to direct employees, indirect/channel personnel and existing and potential customers
