Daily Duties at 211me:
Manage the 211me mobile platform and applications including mobile business cards, group text messaging, and iPhone and Facebook applications. • Manage product features and bug fixing and track progress using web-based tools and Product Requirements Specifications • Manage all aspects of the product definition process including o gather system and subsystem requirements o prioritization of features, bug fixes and enhancements o outline 3rd party interfaces o create wire frames and UI mock-ups • Produce product documentation and work with marketing on other supporting collateral materials, product positioning and marketing programs • Work closely with members of the executive team on long-term product roadmap plans • Work with sales / business development to qualify and integrate customer / partner feedback into the product • Perform ongoing competitive analyses and assessment of changing market conditions to ensure appropriateness of product requirements • Primary tester of both web based and mobile applications • Utilize Agile estimating and planning
