Continually promoted within company to direct design and engineering operations. First started with Regal Plastics Company as a Quality Engineer in January of 1996. Was on fast track of promotions from Product Engineer, Program Manager and then Director of Engineering. Was responsible for a staff of 12 ranging from cost estimating, program managers, and product engineers. Managed engineering department that was responsible for capital/tooling budgets totaling $18.4 million and sales revenues of $19.6 million. Built and developed sales forecasts to aid in establishing yearly budgets and assist in the companies tracking of cash flow.
