Daily Duties at Frost:
• Responsible for increasing Sales/GP$ in sales center and will call areas • Responsible for increased customer satisfaction through proactive sales and targeted marketing and sales goals • Implemented new processes in purchasing, marketing, sales and operations • Collaborated with professional design firm to construct new sales center layout including product selection and placement • Spread best practices and training across all branches (6) • Worked with vendor partners to increase sales of their product through various marketing strategies • Completed Sandler Training and disseminated the Sandler concept to all sales associates • Introduced use of computer software program to automate stock replenishment
