Daily Duties at Ser Solutions:
Reported directly to Senior VP, Operations. Responsible for all aspects of call center systems delivery, including Staffing, Training, Ops, Project Management, Implementations, Service and Customer Satisfaction. Also responsible for document management products integration. • $4.5MM budget responsibility; managed 7 direct reports and 42+ indirect reports. • Marquee clients included Comcast Cable, AT&T, Xerox, Verizon, SEIU and Bell Canada. • Served as Technical SME for Marketing and Sales organizations. • In bid process, reviewed technical solutions and cost projections for equipment and services. • Responsible for the customer experience, managing customer escalations, client retention, solution feasibility and revenue generation. • Designed and implemented employee boot camp training summits, improving customer satisfaction. • Worked directly with customers to resolve AR issues, providing detailed documentation. • Created the merger integration plan, including staff and account information consolidation. • Rolled out new FCC compliant solution methodology, exceeding company’s revenue targets by $1.8MM. • Designed peak hours staffing strategy, increasing project completions by 15%.
