Daily Duties at Ser Solutions:
Reported directly to VP, Worldwide Operations. Responsible for managing call center system implementations and services departments; established group goals and objectives, policies and procedural metrics; managed vendor and partner relationships, negotiating contract pricing and SLAs. • Scale of projects ranged from $150 - $500K; managed 6 direct reports. • Marquee clients included AT&T, Service Employees International Union, and Comcast Cable. • Managed implementation (call center scripts, custom reporting, call center consulting, project scope, requirements gathering, gap analysis, solutions certification). • Saved $750K customer account by developing on-site beta team resolving product and VoIP/SIP issues. • Led effort to define new product life cycle workflow, reducing implementation time by 40% and generating additional services revenue of $5K to $20K per project. • Implemented standardized pricing model across all services, reducing contract build time.
