Daily Duties at Mactec:

• Coordinated all communication, scheduling & data between client and audit team (9 people) • Conducted a communication assessment within MACTEC of approx. 36 employees using the following methods: communication satisfaction survey, commitment scale survey, in the field observation and face-to-face interviews • Co-wrote final report and presented findings and recommendations to management in presentation format along with Executive Summary print copy
