• Designed and facilitated employee development sessions on workplace communication based on needs assessment: customer relations, conflict management; & professional resources • Constructed training plan for approx. two sessions (2 evenings) combined relevant research, lecture, activities, professional resources, visual presentation, handouts and evaluation • Presented evaluation & training findings/results to sports center staff along with Executive Report
