Daily Duties at Rausch Construction:

I was the Project Manager for all work in the east central Illinois area that was operated out of the Champaign and Paris, Illinois offices. I was responsible for all paper work from these office including RFI's, RFP's, ASI's, pay requests, daily office operations and issuance of searces for new business.I estimated all bids in the area with help from the main office. I established schedules and manpower requirements to meet the schedules which were reviewed with the superintendents weekly and than updated on Suretrack.I was responsible for all subcontractors which included insuring they met the scope of work, negotiating a final cost and issuance of subcontracts.I was the basic contact for Rausch Construction in the east central Illinois region.
