Daily Duties at Us Army:

Directed daily planning, coordination, delegation and supervisory efforts of a world wide deployable 33 man special operations platoon. As the Recon Platoon Sergeant for 1/502nd Infantry Regiment and 2/1 Infantry Regiment I implemented a Sniper sustainment program with in each Platoon. And was the Battalion Commanders personnel protection team during real world operations. I have conducted security operations in the Baltic States, Northern Africa the Middle East and the Caribbean. I am a graduate from the Battle Staff Non Commissioned Officers Course, where in learned upper echelon Security/Risk management, conflict resolution and logistical supply chain. I served as the Air NCO, for an Air Assault Battalion, and the assistant Operations NCO. I was a Pre-Ranger instructor, teaching analytical and problem solving skills, and teamwork. As a Rifle Platoon Sergeant for 1/327th Infantry Regiment was commended by Brigade Commander as having the best Platoon during Brigade Stakes. Requested and maintained over 10 million dollars worth of logistical and operational equipment for Platoon. I served a Protective Service Officer for an 8 man protective team, conducting operations with in all of Central and South America. Provide Protective services for the Commanding General of United States Army South, conducted investigation into treats upon principal and his family. Provided security briefings for all personnel, ensured all personnel follow security procedures and update me on any changed. I provided regular training and mentoring on all aspects of security awareness procedures as well as defensive driving training. Liaise with host nations security forces and military forces prior to and during country visits. I conducted regular security and risk assessments for all operational area; and provided daily briefings to command group. I coordinated the production of security related logistics, transportation and communication procedures. I also provided additional protective services for visiting dignitaries as well as foreign VIPs. As a Team leader for a 6 man, Long Range Surveillance Detachment team we conducted seven real world Surveillance and Reconnaissance missions during Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm. I worked with coalition forces, and Kurdish freedom fighters in Northern Iraq. Attaining 100% mission success, gathering all PIR and SIR as directed by Division Commander without ever being compromised. I served as a Squad Leader 2nd Ranger Battalion 75th Infantry Regiment also Held various positions, including 90mm recoilless rifleman, sniper (M21 and M24 systems), and team leader. I was responsible for a 12 man infantry squad, in an 18 hour world wide deployable unit within the Joint Special Operations Command. I have conducted real world missions, in Central America, Middle East, Africa and Europe as well as combat operations in Operation Just Cause. Trained all personnel on communications equipment, trouble shooting and field expedient repairs to equipment. I provided in-depth country briefs to personnel, concerning weather, terrain, threats. I created an organizational climate that encouraged employees to take risks and positively reinforced outstanding performance through public recognition. Prepared and presented presentations to senior level military and elected officials; utilizing charts, graphs and other visual aids to present critical concepts in a powerful and persuasive manner. I was responsible for scheduling ranges and training locations to be utilized by platoon. I coordinated with Commander to determine compliance with US Army applicable safety standards. I have extensive knowledge of military tactical operations, computer terminal operations and land operations.

Working in an organization that is technologically advanced, creative, and innovative is critical in your assessment of hiring companies. Less important to you are stability of the organization, the length of time an organization has been in business, and the business' plans for the future. You prefer a fast-moving company that will take risks to achieve its goals and objectives. The length of time the company has been in business is irrelevant. Maintaining status quo is unnecessary. You thrive on change, uncertainty and the upside of potential business risks, especially those associated with innovation. Stability for the long haul is not nearly as important as is working in an atmosphere that is charged with a sense of urgency and constant change.
