Represented the owner to contractors and provided quality control for construction activities ensuring engineering practices, codes, and standards are in compliance with federal, state and local, as well as site specific requirements. Identified field changes, proposed design changes and coordinated with and obtain design engineering approval. Managed various project aspects including field inspections, as built red-line drawings, monthly progress billings for complete work, request for engineering dispositions, and staffing.
