Daily Duties at Cig, Inc:
Develops business for the company’s design/build services from both existing customers and new clients. Performs civil/structural engineering and generates drawings for commercial/residential projects to obtain building permits in accordance with the Florida Building Code. Oversees other project managers in bidding and project execution. Supports project estimating efforts by costing labor, material, and equipment. Prepares requests for bids and proposals; procures materials; equipment, and subcontractors. Holds P&L responsibility. Directs overall planning of construction activities to identify critical milestones and priorities. Organizes and supervises field staff. Ensures client satisfaction with design, schedule and work quality.
