Daily Duties at At&T Corporation:

Participated in various programming and production support projects on AT&T's Consumer Long Distance Billing and Customer Service system which served 80 million customers. Participated on a pilot project to re-engineer the system development process, reducing the amount time taken to deliver a change into the system from an average of 14 months down to an average of 2 months. Volunteered as PC/LAN SME, aiding in the maintenance of PCs, trouble-shooting hardware and software problems, and installing new software for application development staff.
