Developed, marketed, and supported comprehensive claims reporting and integration software “WebFOCUS and iWAY” to provide better insight into customers, improve retention, and reduce cost of claims by automating decision process. Customized solutions to assist clients with 360 degree view of customers for improved enrollment, risk management, competitive pricing and billing. Developed “One Version of the Truth” of multiple data sources, integrate heterogeneous enterprise systems, and enhance value-added enterprise services, including rule engines, personalization, and internationalization.
