Hands on manager for strategic accounts in Insurance and HelathCare including United Health Group, Aetna, The Hartford and others. Worked with partners such as Accenture and Deloitte to close, develop and deploy next generation Claims Processing at St. Paul Travelers to greatly reduce days claims outstanding, touch points and improve efficiencies in claims processing. Established internal and external user groups to cross-sell, reduce sales cycle and improve customer self service. Contributed to end-to-end development life cycle, working closely with external vendors, IT partners, and business partners. Led a team team of employees as Quarterback at each Strategic Account.
