• Coded and processed daily cash receipts applications ranging from $1,500 to $400,000 expeditiously • Evaluated and reconciled outstanding and problematic accounts • Performed accurate and timely daily billing for 6 facilities • Processed large quantities of cash adjustments to aid in the reconciliation of accounts • Interacted closely with Marketing Personnel and Controllers to ensure cash transactions are compliant with company guidelines • Provided excellent and courteous customer relations • Developed and maintained an amicable working relationship with contacts at company’s multiple facilities
