Also provided support to clients for their project planning/scheduling / tracking & control solution through applying best monitoring & controlling processes of EVM & VARAINCE MANAGEMENT and best customize executive reporting & layouts. Also helped different companies to get integrate their Primavera system with other ERP systems. I provided corporate training on primavera to the employees of different companies.
