Daily Duties at Parsons Brinkerhoff:
PB has a role of Project Management Consultants for DIAL project (Delhi International Airport Ltd.) My responsibility was to review & track large, fast track project within the assigned timeline utilizing the scheduling planning team staff. It also includes to support the Project Controls department for planning/scheduling with help of Primavera and procedures as outlined by the PMO and those established by the client, also to provide support to contractors planning team to get the best way of project planning, scheduling, tracking & controlling through the best reporting system including time management & resource management and review progress of work efforts on a regular basis.
