Daily Duties at Dalmia Cement (Bharat) Ltd:
I am working with Central team of Project Planning & Control with responsibility to provide support to all running projects in terms of planning, scheduling & execution, also working with project control division for Monitoring, & Controlling of all disciplines of multiple projects including Procurement, Engineering, Delivery, Civil & M&E activities. I support for project initiation & in early planning processes for new projects. Also overall in-charge of Primavera Planning Division where the overall project planning, scheduling & reporting are being done through primavera tool (P6) ,My role includes status reporting to the executive management, internal & external clients. I am involved with internal project of creating a world class PROJECT EXECUTION CAPABILTIES for building up the best project executions standard and procedures guide for repetitive success & best practices in projects. KEY AREAS – PROJECT SCHEDULING MONITORING & CONTROL, PRIMAVERA and EARNED VALUE MANAGEMENT
