Daily Duties at Sears Holdings:

Responsible for entire softlines side of Kmart store as well as store-wide management duties for 24 million dollar store. Personally leading, motivating and challenging my own team of 23 softlines associates to increase sales and provide memorable customer service. Currently winning the uphill battle – softlines is up for the year. Training and mentoring all associates – hardlines, softlines and front end.
